Problem – Negative conversations increased for this noodles company.

In 2015, Sunfeast yippee noodles were facing the safety issues in the market and was called off the shelves. To manage or bring this down Sunfeast Yippee approached to Ittisa (a digital marketing agency in Bangalore).

With careful monitoring and listening they created daily to weekly reports of the negative conversations. If the comments were negative the brands were notified and the person was contacted by the brand itself.

Ittisa’s ORM method helped the brand in enhancing their customer service and bring down the negative conversations within 5 months-( January -May).
